This is my latest Saint Francis Retablo - the Patron of Animals and Peace. I always love to paint this particular Saint - I enjoy using different animals in each painting - and most often I paint St. Francis on a piece of tin, sometimes on canvas, but this particular one is on a glazed ceramic tile.
